In the past, November has treated me well on the “local” tailwater. Throw big streamers in high water, catch big fish. Pretty simple really. But 4.36’ turns out to be way higher than I thought. We couldn’t even get streamers into the good water. So I took to probing the current seam just off the near bank with a ridiculous nymph rig. Pink is the new olive, tungsten the new lead. Stupidly giant Thingamabobber, you done me so good.
